Amazon home page won't even load! I've cleared cache and history, shut down and restarted, tried via Firefox and Chrome, and with only the one page open, all to no avail. Can you help, please? Is there a phone number?

I believe my Amazon account has been hacked, so changed my passsword and submitted notice, maybe this is the problem? Not sure how to fix it or how to contact someone since every time I doom they tell me to log in...which I can't do.

I am having problems logging in with my password and Re registering my Kindle (not sure how it became unregistered as I didn’t change anything) and when I try to change my password and enter the OTP it takes me to a page the says the web address I entered is not a functioning page on our site. I am having the same problem. I was told my password was incorrect which I am sure it wasn’t. I have tried to change it but keep getting the message about the web address you entered is not a functioning site. I have cleared browsing history and tried my iPad, phone and laptop. No luck

Just like the rest.
1. Try to sign in.I know my password is correct, but no use.
2. Amazon emails me one time password thingy
3. I put in password. Then I get this "Type in name associated with account"
4. I type in my name and it brings me to the page we are all complaining about.
5. Add to this, the fact that I got something, bought and delivered, that I never ordered and and there is nothing I can do about it because I can not get into the account.
