Did you just receive an error message when browsing to a Facebook web page (perhaps a Facebook Fan Page), and you did nothing to invoke it? The error message is below.

You do not have the necessary permission for the specified Page to perform the requested action.
Some have suggested online to clear your browser cache and cookies – but this does not fix error from re-appearing. From others reporting the error online, it is most likely because of Facebook releasing new beta features on pages you can’t see and otherwise would not have access too.

I'm getting this message on a few pages I have followed for years; news pages. All of a sudden this crap comes up?! FB has become so irritating in so many different ways and this one just tops the cake. All my settings were changed when FB switched over to META. I had to go back and change my privacy settings and others. It also has become a "you have violated FB standards" *blah blah blah* so many times for the stupidest things and you can't even contact anyone about it. You're just restricted and that's it. You can "appeal" FB account restrictions decisions but it will just tell you that they do not have enough resources to go actually look at the appeal. If they actually do, it's always denied. It's nothing but all algorithm that decides. No human interaction. As much money as FB makes, they can't provide customer support specialists? I call BS. I'm about to just download all my FB stuff I've posted over three 12 years I've been on here. It's nothing but negativity and violence and argument baiting. FB used to be such a useful way to keep in touch but now I'd rather go back to the old school way of writing letters, actually calling, and going to visit people I know. I'm done NOT living bc of social media life and now I'm actually living-living REAL life. It's been so nice. I don't like the world these days, so I'm living *mostly* old school; no matter how fast the world around me tries to move, change, and divide.
Facebook is shite, repeat...uninstall is the answer.
Hey Facebook........ instead of worrying yourself to death about your political options........ you guys need to learn how to do your job and fix this. Facebook was launched as a communication platform for friends, but now it's just another political trash can.............

If you search the page you want, click on the posts, open a post, then click on the name of the group you should bypass this problem...
Yep, but surely there's a fix for this? I have 2 facebook profiles and it only happens on one of them...
Been happening to us for the past 3 weeks and they are sites I visit daily. It is extremely frustrating!! Can someone please tell fb to fix this problem!!!
It's because you have found some shit they do not want anyone to see, they do the same thing when I post about their privacy policies/ statements, thwy donr want anyone to know what they are pinf, the shit goes so deep you wouldn't believe me if I told you.
Been receiving this on most of the pages that I normally visit daily now for weeks. Never did anything and Facebook never responds of course. The only way for me to get to a page now is by finding one of there posts which is a pain. Other blogs and/or tech support are talking about something called Social Bee which I don't even know what this app is!!! How the hell do I fix this?
