Why: You do not have the Necessary Permission for the Specified Page to Perform the Requested Action
Did you just receive an error message when browsing to a Facebook web page (perhaps a Facebook Fan Page), and you did nothing to invoke it? The error message is below.
Insufficient Permission
You do not have the necessary permission for the specified Page to perform the requested action.
Some have suggested online to clear your browser cache and cookies – but this does not fix error from re-appearing. From others reporting the error online, it is most likely because of Facebook releasing new beta features on pages you can’t see and otherwise would not have access too.

I click on my Facebook X next to pictures or videos the X is supposed to HIDE those pictures or Videos. When i do click on the X next to the picture or Video i get the popup....Insufficient Permission

Stared today, cannot hide posts.
The message relating to NOT having the necessary permissions just began to appear on my FB when I initiated a DELETE on posts from others who's input was of NO interest to me. It now pops up on every DELETE action that I initiate... YOUR corrective action or recommended action for me to initiate would be appreciated... THANK YOU. Darrell L. Harper

I do not stop seeing this message "You do not have the necessary permission for the specified Page to perform the requested action" when hiding publications in the news feed page. In fact the publication is already hidden and the message appears after that.
This problem started from today - the 12th of February.
I don't have this problem in the mobile version of Facebook on my smartphone.

yeah i am getting this message a LOT across my screen... the only thing i did recently was delete one of my pages that i no longer wish to run... now this wont stop coming up on every damn thing i do. sometime i can just be sitting idle and it pops up.... wtf!
