Fix: ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED – Google Chrome
You may receive an error in Google Chrome if you use an Application that connects to Google Chrome to open. This error happens when you try to access the localhost port on your computer but you are not yet logged into the Application trying to open in Google Chrome.

ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED
To resolve the error, first identify the Application that is using Google Chrome and login first. (Open the application so it redirects into Google Chrome).
Flush Google Chrome Socket Pools
1. In Google Chrome, type the following into the URL bar
chrome://net-internals
2. Select Sockets tab. Click Flush socket pools.
3. Try browsing the web page in Google Chrome again.
