You may experience an error using Citrix Receiver to connect to a Citrix desktop. In addition, your session may freeze or disconnect.
Connection to your desktop has been interrupted.
Re-connection to your desktop will occur automatically.
In the event that re-connection fails, or this message remains for many minutes you should call your Help Desk.
- If you are making a connection with a Thin Client, try using a web browser on a Windows or Mac machine. to see if you receive the error.
- Ensure your correct VDI Group Policies are applied to your Golden Image.
- Check to see if you need to increase the Citrix ICA KeepAlive timeouts. See more here.
