Been getting it for months. AMZ is literally telling me because no one else has this issue, they cannot escalate it.

Here we go AGAIN. Message is there for me now.
This always appears for me after a few minutes on the site too. I have tried different computers, different networks, different browsers, and nothing works. Same problem as Emma. It then returns to normal after about 15 minutes and I can log in again.
Every single time I visit my account, this message pops up after working for 2-3 minutes. I have never been able to use it for longer than that.
