You receive a link to search for an order, however when you find the order, it does not lead you anywhere to ask your question. - After selecting I need assistance with – An order I placed, proceed below.
- Under Tell us more about your issue select Question about a product.
- Finally, select Write message. When writing your message, be sure to include your order number for the product in question.
