Fix: WorkItem Release Failed - Avaya One-X
You may receive an error trying to exit Avaya One-X Agent. If you were in the middle of a call and try to quit the application, this error is most likely to happen.
Operation Failed
WorkItem Release Failed.
If you are using Citrix, you simply cannot quit the application – as it says hanging. If you are unable to quit Avaya One-X Agent while receiving this error message, open Windows Task Manager and end the following process: OneXAgentUI.exe – this will forcefully quit One-X Agent.
