Fix: Unexpected preroll-complete notification Mac X Freeze Reboot 10.11
If you recently experienced your Mac X computer freezing and suddenly rebooting, check your console error messages to see if you see the following line error.

1.

Go to Applications -> Utilities -> Console

2.

If the last message recorded in console looks like the following

figPlaybackBossPrerollCompleted: unexpected preroll-complete notification

The error is most likely related to the latest version of Mac X El Captain 10.11.X update and a non-compatible version of Adobe Flash on your system. The most likely cause is Adobe Flash not being up to date. You may have also noticed your Mac X computer froze possibly using a flash application or browsing a flash video in your favorite web browser.

*Update Adobe Flash to Latest Version*

Go to System Preferences -> Flash Player

Ensure you are allowing Adobe Flash to update Atomically. Click the check now button to update Flash to the latest version
