This error does not point to specific reason, however perform the following steps to troubleshoot.





  1. Perform an installation repair of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Outlook plugin.
 
  1. Ensure you have the latest update for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Outlook CRM plugin and ensure both are the same version.
