While trying to authenticate and login to a single-sign on page, you may be denied access when you are correctly entering your username, password, and RSA passcode. If your account is added into an Active Directory group, you will need to verify authentication settings.

Open the active directory group the account is added to and update the authentication mechanism in ADSF from

NTLM to Negotiate:Kerberos. In addition, check to ensure the correct SPN’s are added for your multi-factor-authentication DNS suffix.
