Fix: Refers to a Location that is Unavailable Network Drive - Outlook

While working in a Windows application, specifically Microsoft Outlook you may receive the following error about a missing location for one of your network drives.

“” refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be on a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.

The error states you lost network connection to a network drive more than likely due permissions changing on your domain account you are logged in with. The drive is still showing available but you no longer have access to it. Contact your Active Directory administrator to correct your role access.
