Fix: Cannot Move the Items Microsoft Outlook
If you try to drag and drop emails into an archived folder or PST file, you may receive the following error
Cannot move the items. One or more items cannot be moved because items you previously moved are still being processed by the server.
The error is due to the Microsoft Outlook Server catching up on other tasks including sending, receiving, and calendar updates. The error will occur if you are or are not using Cached Exchange Mode.
Wait a period of time (10 seconds) and try to drag your emails again to allow the Outlook server to catch up. If it still doesn’t work, restart Outlook.
