Fix: The Task You Are Trying to do Can’t Be Completed Because Remote Desktop - Citrix

If you are using Citrix (Desktop 3.5), you may receive the following error message trying to login or connect to a new or existing desktop.

The task you are trying to do can’t be completed because Remote Desktop Services is currently busy. Please try again in a few minutes. Other users should still be able to log on.

You are trying to connect to a host that is either hung or restarting. Login to Citrix Director and confirm the host you are hitting or currently logged into and reboot it or shutdown.
