Fix: The Server Didn't Recognize Your Login ID and/or Password – Avaya CMS
The server did not recognize your Login ID and/or Password, your Login shell is not set to CMS, or (V8 or later CMS only) cmsadm backup is running. Please try again or contact your system administrator.
1. Verify your CMS login settings Connect -> CMS Servers -> Server Properties
2. Ensure your username and password is correct. Check if your account is possibly locked out or your using an expired password.
