Fix: Your Login Attempt Was Unsuccessful Due to Unknown Reasons – Avaya
While trying to login to One-X Agent for Avaya, you may receive the following error message that is basically useless. The error may occur if you recently had your station template type changed to accommodate a new phone set type.
Your login attempt was unsuccessful due to unknown reasons. Please refer the troubleshooting guide or contact your system administrator.
The error is vague and doesn’t provide steps for troubleshooting. Avaya has documentation stating the error is related to an incompatible phone set type. The issue is addressed in later patch for One-X Agent.
