Fix: The Password for this Account Has Expired – Windows
If you were logged into a Windows machine with a domain account, your password may have expired and you receive the following message when you try to access your account.
The password for this account has expired. To change the password, click Cancel, click Switch User, and then log on.
You will need to change your Windows password by either logging into a new computer or server with the same account to prompt a password change, or using Active Directory from an IT systems administrator.
