Why: Not Able to Install the Blue Jeans App

If you attempt to join a BlueJeans meeting, you may receive a a pop-up message that loads for a while but ultimately displays the following message.

Something seems to be wrong.

Not able to install the Blue Jeans App

 

The BlueJeans application is attempting to install first time setup files so you can use their application to join the meeting. However, your computer IT policy is likely preventing the application from installing any files. You will need someone with administrative privileges on your computer to complete the setup or contact your IT service desk.
