Fix: JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING Joomla Error
You may receive the following error in Joomla 1, 2, and 3 front-end and back-end sites after uninstalling a plugin, module, or component.
JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING
The error is a result of not uninstalling all related extensions. Try to remember what you recently uninstalled then login to your Joomla backend and go to:
Joomla Backend -> Extensions -> Extensions Manager -> Manage
And select the corresponding extensions still installed and then uninstall them.
