You may receive in error message in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while performing an action.

An error has occurred.
Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.
- Ensure the user performing the action has necessary permissions. If trying to send an email, check Settings -> Security -> Users and check approve email.
- In the CRM manager, try to disable Claims-Based Authentication and Internet-Facing Deployment.
- Check user roles and remove any roles (built-in) that are unneeded.
