Fix: Cannot Validate SSL Certificate Citrix Receiver Android

If you attempt to use Citrix Receiver on your Android device, you may receive an error message after you attempt to login to Receiver.

Cannot validate SSL certificate

Cannot verify this server’s certificate.

This error most commonly happens when your Citrix administrator has not installed the intermediate certificate to the Citrix Gateway or F5 appliance.

1. Go to DigiCert here and type in the web address your Citrix Receiver connects to (your organization).

2. Validate the SSL certificate is correctly installed. You will see 3 screens (server certificate, intermediate certificate, and intermediate certificate) and validation at the end that the SSL certificate is correctly installed. If it not correctly installed, contact your Citrix administrator so they can fix this.
