Is Missing “” Assignment Privilege.

 

Depending on the assignment privilege that is missing, go to the security role (Settings -> Administration -> Security Roles -> Custom Entities tab) and make sure the specific user has correct privileges appended to it. Link to current security role privilege mapping is here.
