Fix: Unable to Access the MSCRM_CONFIG Database – Microsoft CRM
While launching Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you receive the following error message.

Unable to access the MSCRM_CONFIG database. SQL Server does not exist or access denied.
You must ensure the user trying to access the dynamic CRM has rights to the Microsoft SQL database – MSCRM_CONFIG. If not, you will need to grant the user permissions in SQL. Follow this guide.
