Fix: User Name Not Recognized Intune – iPhone
If you are trying to enroll your iOS device to Microsoft Intune, you may receive the following error message that prevents you from enrolling.
User Name Not Recognized
This user account is not authorized to use Microsoft Intune. Contact your system administrator if you think you have received this message in error.
This error may due to the following reason-
- The user’s active directory or network password recently expired or was reset and must be changed first before enrolling the device. You cannot your password during enrollment and your enrollment will fail with this error message.
