More than likely, the server or services on the server are offline or not started. Verify this first.
Check to ensure the Windows Firewall on the IDU server didn’t get turned on.
All else fails, reboot the IDU server.

This is vague and not helpful. "Server or services are offline".... How about sharing the name of services related to UDI server?
