SCSM Portal Your Request Could not be Submitted

Did you receive an error message in Microsoft SCSM trying to submit a new request ticket?

 

Your request could not be submitted.

 

The SCSM administrator will need to review the SCSM server. There is a chance your SCSM server has its CPU pegged or the SQL database it uses is overloaded. Login to the SCSM server and check task manager and end processes that are consuming heavy CPU usage. Finally, check the SCSM database for multiple transaction requests and restart SQL services.
