Fix: Point Could Not Connect to Point Data Server – PDSConnect

While attempting to login into Point (Calyx) you receive an error that the connection was closed below.

Point could not connect to Point Data Server.

The details are:

The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Be sure to verify your local firewall is allowing out connections for winpoint.exe and ensure the correct PDS info is configured in winpoint.ini.
