Fix: British Airways Does Not Have Traffic Rights to Operate Directly Between These Two Cities

If you are trying to book a domestic flight through the British Airways (BA) website and are using reward points to do so, you may receive a message that BA does not fly routes between the cities you selected – even though you are certain BA does fly between the cities.

The British Airways website is having an issue and you will need to book your trip through their phone service. You should be able to avoid the phone booking fee – just let them know you were trying to book the same cities online and it prompted this message.

Call British Airways Booking: 1-800-AIRWAYS or 1-800-247-9297

Please use the form below to let us know if calling BA worked and if they also confirmed the issue with their website booking service.
