Costco Executive 2% Reward Certificate Check Mailer Example

If you have a Costco Executive Membership, you will receive an annual 2% reward of up to $1250 for qualified Costco purchases before the end of each year. Below is an example of the certificate check mailer you may receive. Note: as of now, the certificate cannot be redeemed for cash as per Costco Executive Rewards.

Your 2% Reward Certificate for your recent reward program year is attached below. Costco members who maintain their Executive Membership status receive an annual 2% reward (up to $1,250) for qualified Costco purchases. See Reverse for exclusions.

 

On January 1, 2025, Costco will automatically renew your membership on the credit card account noted in our records. Any membership changes to your account must be made prior to this date. Changes to your membership account can be made on Costco.com. Your renewal will appear on your January credit card statement.

 

Please remember to keep your Reward certificate in a safe place or redeem it as soon as possible as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. We hope you continue to enjoy the privileges of Executive Membership, including the 2% Reward. Thank you for being an Executive Member.

 

Renewal of your membership constitutes acceptance of Costco's Privileges and Conditions of Membership and its Privacy Policy and Practices, available online at Costco.com. Please provide your Household Card holder with this information.

 

Renewal Policy - Memberships renewed within 2 months after expiration of the current membership year will be extended for 12 months from the expiration date. Memberships renewed more than 2 months after such expiration will be extended for 12 months from the renewal date. All| renewals will be at the membership fee in effect on the date the membership fee is paid. Reminder: Your renewal fee will be added to the first purchase after expiration. All cardholder changes will be effective upon receipt of renewal payment. CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT: Changes to your account can now be made online at Costco.com. Or, you may fill in the necessary changes in the space provided below and adjust payment accordingly.

 

If adding a Household Cardholder: Add household member's name in space below the Primary Cardholder. Primary and Affiliate Members receive one additional card for one designated member of their household, who is over the age of 16 and living at the same address. When they receive their membership card, the designated household member must show proof that they live at the same address as the Primary or Affiliate Member and must have their photo taken and added to their card. New membership cards will not be sent. Please visit your local Costco if a card print is needed.
