Panic Report: “vm_phantom_cache.c:228” – Mac OS
If you are receiving Mac OS kernel panic reports that have a similar output below, try disabling 3rd party USB drivers or related hardware. We received panic reports while copying Mac OS system files to a backup drive using a 3rd party USB card. Not only were the copies not completing successfully (they indicated they were), our machine kept rebooting showing the kernel panic below.

All else, disable and unplug any hardware you are otherwise using with your machine.
