Fix: Cannot Generate SSPI Context - Microsoft DSN

While trying to create a Microsoft DSN in Microsoft SQL, you receive the following error.

Connection failed:

SQLSate: ‘HY000’

SQL Server Error: 0

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Cannot generate SSPI context

This error is general and relates to Kerberos/NTLM errors. You must solve any incorrect SPN’s configured in your Windows profile. In addition, make sure your password in IIS for your AppPool account hasn’t changed.
