Fix: Cannot complete your request – Citrix
If you attempt to login to your Citrix environment, you may receive an error message that prevents you from logging in. When this happened to us, we recently changed our password and accidently used the old password to login in again. This caused the error to occur instead of “invalid credentials” or “your username or password are invalid” messages.
- Log out.
- Clear browser cache as a precaution.
- Login and use the new password you recently changed your user account too.
