Fix: Unable to Create Directory GoToMeeting
When you attempt to launch or host a Citrix GoToMeeting, you receive an install error message about GoToMeeting is unable to create directory. This prevents you from joining or hosting a meeting. GoToMeeting downloads application files and places them inside a numbered directory (typically the numbered version of GoToMeeting) that are needed each time you join or host a meeting. If GoToMeeting cannot create this folder or files, it will fail to join or host a meeting.

- Verify the Windows account you are logged in with has permissions to allow GoToMeeting to download and copy files to your Local profile folder. GoToMeeting may be placing files inside a different local profile in the error message. You can usually fix this by rebuilding the Windows profile.
- On another Windows machine that is working with GoToMeeting, join or host a meeting to download the needed files and copy them to the problematic profile path the error message references.
