If you are trying to upload pictures in eBay in a message, you may receive the following error:
“No response from server. Please try again”
At this time, it would appear the eBay servers are too busy to handle your request. It doesn’t matter if you try using this in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox at this point.

Issue has been present ever since the dawn of eBay. 21 year old website and they still haven't fixed issues from early 2000's They will never "fix" this. They are content with running two versions of an antiquated website side by side causing 100's of issues for people daily because eBay doesn't understand how to transition people onto new softwares.
March 11th and still having this issue. Ridiculous.

i wish ebay had a notice section in your profile page that tells you if servers are down or any major outage so ppl dont have to try stuff fors hours and hours to eventually find (NOT ON THEIR PAGE) that things are down...
I agree Shane, I've been trying to attach photos also for several hours that used to work well for me before. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. eBay: FIX THIS!

I have the same problem "No response from server. Please try again" trying to up load a receipt, lost count how many times I have tried
I have same problem with Regular browsers it's been like this for the past 24 hours . Then I attempted the same process through the eBay app and it worked
I have been receiving this error message for almost 24 hours. I tried adding an image last night, this morning, afternoon, and again in the evening.
