Receiving this message when trying to login online and when i tried the app it doesn't pull up my pay stubs which i need to submit to the IRS, so now i have no access to my work related financial information. This is after updating the app for IOS and updating my phone so i know its not me or my hardware/ software??? Anyone have any solutions.

Possible Solution/ Work around : Download the app and you can view /download the payslips from the app.

I just received this message on my laptop, my wife’s laptop and my iPhone internet browser. I can login to the app just fine, but I need a copy of my actual paystub from the website.

This comment helped- so i was able to log on to the ap and then also download the payslips in the app and sent it over to my PC . You should be able to do that too, in the app there is an option at the bottom of a payslip to down load it

I get this error, after trying to login.
This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. In the 90 days since I’ve worked for this company, I’ve been able to see my payslips on this site exactly ONCE! WTF?
