This happened to me too and I tried the solution of liking from another account and then clicking the heart notification and it WORKED! Finally!

My instagram couldn't load activity. It has this problem on 23/june 2021
Oh my god mine has been stuck for days as well but im not willing to switch it to a public account because i have a lot of people who have requested to follow me and i dont want to risk that…
I have a public account and mine is doing the same thing, has for a week and nothing seems to fix the issue.
Literally been days like this and I have updated my phone deleted the app everything even restarted my phone nothing is working

Hi i accidentally found a way to fix this!!!! Not sure if it works on everyone but please try! I understand how frustrating this is so I was really pleasantly surprised when mine came back.
Using one of my other instagram accounts, I tried liking one of my posts from my problematic account. Expectedly, when I went back to this problematic account, there was a notification!! When I clicked the heart icon, my activity log was back!!!
I tried unliking the photo then it starts saying Couldn’t Load Activity again, so I just liked it again!!! PLEASE TRY IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU THEN LET US KNOW!!!!
To make sure instagram isn’t memeing me, i tried deleting the app and downloading it again, and my Activity Log works fine like before!!!!
