Fix: Citrix HDX Engine is Not Responding Frozen
While working in your Citrix environment, applications may suddenly become sluggish or freeze only upon prompting with an error message below


Citrix HDX Engine is not responding




 

The error message is related to Citrix Receiver crashing.


Solution:


Ensure you are using the latest version of Citrix receiver in your XenDesktop. All else, close and re-open Citrix receiver to restore the application connections.
