Absurd!!! I am almost 1,000 miles away from the location I originally signed up. They made me call the number, once I called, the representative told me I still have one more payment to make. So now I have to go out of my way write a letter, PAY to send it to Arkansas and wait. Why is it so much easier to sign up? I hope you guys come up with a better cancellation system. If I was thinking of re-opening my account with you guys, now I will definitely NOT!!!

I live an hour away from my Charter Fitness now and you're telling me the only way to cancel is to visit the gym in person or mail a letter? Seriously? Do you need my $10 a month that badly to make it so annoying for people who move out of the area where there gym was? Thanks...
