While setting up Citrix Workspace on your iPhone or iPad, you receive a message that prevents you from completing the setup OR your Citrix Receiver continually times out.

1. Ensure your iOS device meets the minimum iOS system requirements for the Citrix Workspace app. If you were using Citrix Receiver app prior, be sure to uninstall and remove this app as it was depreciated in 2018.
