So went to use card today we lined went to ATM declined. My balance is $53 why are you all keeping me from using my own money. I don't care that your systems are down I want my cash
I am experiencing issues with the 5/3 Mobile App. Once I login, a message pops up saying that they are experiencing technical issues and to call Customer Service for assistance.
I am attempting to change my passcode for my banking accounts since I got a ransom request email and I keep getting the error message re: experiencing technical issues. It does this every time I try to change passcode. Please advise.
I can't log on to my account from ANY computer (work or home). Nothing as far as password or log in information has changed. It started with me on Wednesday Oct 24th and now it is the 26th same thing. I can do mobile banking but I NEED TO SEE MY ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. This is so frustrating!!!! Please fix

I am getting a similar error message. (Can't LOG in). Tried resetting password but the site will not let me do that also.
I just received the same message today.Frustrating
Have tried endlessly, cant log in says user id and passoword invalid. Went to the branch and they said they hoped they corrected, but has not. Havent had this problem for all the years i have been with you. Until this week. Have to have a answer. I can log into my mobile . But all computers cannot.
After noticing roughly $200 has been missing from my checking account I have tried multiple times to call fifth third since 5/14 with no success. I am also locked out of my online account. When I call it says they are experiencing technical difficulties.

Unacceptable. Been a customer for ten years. Checked out what other banks are doing with their online banking, and it appears to put 5/3 to shame. Time to go.
I can't get in either. I wonder if it is on purpose. They recently had a rewards credit card that offered cash back if you spent a specified dollar amount. If you're late, that reward could be lost. I have tried for over week to pay online. I called and the system hung up on me. No large bank would let this issue go on like this!
