I have not been able to log-in to my account for the last three days. I click the log-in info with my username and password and nothing happens.
I have had severe problems logging into 53rd bank's web site on any windows computer, BUT have been able to on android phone. However what you can do on phone is very limited. Get severe runaround from reps, they DISCONNECT my calls when asking why they are not allowing me to set up external bank account. They REFUSE to allow me to speak to anyone in the IT dept. or anyone who can actually fix problems.
EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THIS BANK! They have admitted that problem log in in started after they updated security software but yet do not even admit that there is even a problem with their software!
I am experiencing this exact same thing. They deny any problem and say it's MY computer
I have had this exact problem. Can't get any answers!!! this is so frustrating. Have not been able to get on my desk top computer online banking at Fifth Third Bank for a few months. I have deleted cookies, cleared cache with no results! Help please!
Desktop Microsoft edge online login has not worked for me in months. Still getting popup of technical issues and phone contact number 800-972-3030. I've deleted cookies, cleared the cache and attempted to create a new login, but the website locks up and gives the 800 number! Iphone mobile app is the only way I can login to 5th-3rd, and once this stops working I'll have to find another bank. FIX THE ISSUES OR LOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER!

I have been trying for three DAYS to pay my bill. Have made several calls. Always assured this is a "temporary issue". The phone app tells me they are having technical difficulties and the desktop just gives me a blank screen. EVERY. TIME.
Need to pay bills. When will this be fixed? It has been like this since 8 am eastern time. That is not temporary. Can not transfer funds and I have bills to pay!! Please get it fixed!

After logging in when screen goes to my account info the screen is white and blank..anyone else having this issue? If you are and were able to fix it ..please how did you do it?
Yes. Clear your browser cache. It will work again
The fifth third app has been down for three hours it gives me a phone number to call for technical difficulty and of course there’s no one answering that phone. Very frustrating. Saturday, February 22 at 1930 CST. Need to get to my account!!
Can't log in thru mobile app or desktop site since around 3:00 CST.
I had issues at the store with my debit card this morning, first time it came back declined and 2nd time it went thru. Checked online banking after leaving the store and it showed a charge (the declined one) a credit and then the 2nd charge.
Went to check my account this afternoon because my Facebook pay said there was a problem with a money request and I needed to update my card. When I tried logging in to 5/3 mobile app I received the "technical issues" message. I've been on hold for over 90 minutes, and counting. This bank is a joke.
Unable to log into mine or my husbands acct. Keeps telling me user name or password is wrong and I know it's not.
Nothing is working and I need to report a fraudulent activity and it is very important I don’t have my social on me and it isn’t allowing me to do anything

card was just declined for $35 and can't log onto 5/3.com nor does the customer service number work or the branches!!
You have declined my card even though I have $53 dollars on it dobt care what issues your having I want my cash!
