The Account You Are Trying to View has been Suspended – Twitter

While using Twitter, you may come across a Twitter account that has been suspended. If you follow this account with your own Twitter account, you will not be able to unfollow the suspended account because the account is currently frozen by Twitter. You will receive the following message.

The account you are trying to view has been suspended

You will need to either wait for the account to become deleted or unsuspended. In addition, you will not be able to search for the account and block or mute it. This seems it could be a bug of Twitter as well.
