NICE Fusion Trading Recording Error
If you try to playback a call or query in NICE Fusion, you may receive the following error
A system error has occurred. If this problem persists, notify your administrator.
This error is indicative of a system wide issue with the NICE Fusion application. It most likely will need services rebooted and or a database repair.
